Dr. Joe Li received his PhD in Biophysics from Brandeis University, and his postdoctoral training at Boston Biomedical Research Institute. He went on to found Li International (2007), a consulting firm serving the biotech and chemical industries. In recent years, the company has placed most of its effort on the development of biological reagents, especially antibodies.
Joe has published several important papers on protein structures and muscle regulation. He was the developer of the AccuTope prediction algorithm, which chooses antigen fragments from proteins using both sequence and structural data. Currently, he serves as the CEO of our company, and oversees our custom antibody program in his capacity as Senior Scientist.
